Re-Street Joins De Rechtvaardige Straat!

We're happy to share that Re-Street will be part of De Rechtvaardige Straat in Nijmegen with a workshop where children will redesign their own street and show us what a fair city looks like through their eyes.

As part of the programme, we'll be visiting a local primary school for a workshop with the people whose opinions are often missing from conversations about public space: children.

Together, we'll imagine what makes a street fair, fun, and safe. Through drawing, discussion, and a healthy dose of imagination, students will redesign their own street, turning everyday frustrations, creative ideas, and bold dreams into new possibilities.

For us, this workshop is about more than drawing. It's about listening. Children experience streets every day, yet they're rarely invited to help shape them. De Rechtvaardige Straat is the perfect opportunity to change thatven if it's just one classroom at a time.

If you'll be around Nijmegen during the week, come say hello. We'd love to meet others who believe cities become better when more voices are part of the conversation.
